These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made by consumers in the store. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

2. Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product. Product photos are for illustration.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout before you place your order. The price valid at the time of your order applies.

If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical or typing error, we will inform you and you may cancel the order free of charge.

4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

You place an order by completing checkout. After you submit the order you receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or send the goods, whichever comes first. The order confirmation is stored by us and sent to you by email.

5. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the countries available at checkout, with DPD, FedEx or Pošta Slovenije. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–10 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier. Details are in our Shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and 30-day home trial

You may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This is longer than the 14 days required by law, and you may use the product at home during this time, provided you return it undamaged, clean and complete. 8. Legal guarantee (conformity of goods)

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, in accordance with consumer protection law. If the goods are faulty, please contact us at info@veertee.com with your order number and a description (photos help). You may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as provided by law. We respond to complaints within 8 days.

The legal guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or care.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy policy. We only send you marketing emails if you have given separate consent, for example by subscribing to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to info@veertee.com.

10. Complaints and disputes

Please send complaints by email to info@veertee.com. We confirm receipt within 5 business days and keep you informed about the handling of your complaint. We always try to resolve disputes amicably.

VERTE d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as competent for resolving consumer disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
