30-day home trial and right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason – and you may actually use and sleep on your Veertee at home during that time. If it is not right for you, simply send it back. (The legal minimum in the EU is 14 days; we give you 30.)

How to return

1. Tell us before the 30 days end by email to info@veertee.com. Include your name, order number and the products you are returning. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
2. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to the address below.

Please do not send returns cash on delivery (COD); we cannot accept them.

Costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you.

Refund

We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you have sent them.

Condition of returned goods

Normal use during the 30-day trial is fine. Please send the product back undamaged, clean and complete, with its covers and accessories, and preferably in the original packaging. If a product comes back damaged, heavily soiled or stained, we may deduct the resulting loss of value from the refund.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your parcel arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible – ideally within 7 days – with photos, so that we can file a claim with the carrier. This does not affect your legal rights: we are liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery. See our Terms of Service for details.
