Where we ship

We ship across Europe. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout.

Carriers

Orders are delivered by DPD, FedEx or Pošta Slovenije, depending on the destination.

Delivery times

• Dispatch: 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed
• Delivery: usually 1–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and carrier

Delivery times can occasionally be longer because of public holidays, weather or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Order page.

Customs

Deliveries within the EU have no customs duties. For deliveries to countries outside the EU (for example Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom), import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.
